Veterinary receptionist required for busy practice in Bournemouth.
Spring Corner is an independent vets in Bournemouth. We are looking for a motivated individual to assist the team on the telephones and face to face with our clients. A love of animals is a must, we are a fear free practice and the role will involve making a fuss of our patients.
Some experience in a medical setting would be an advantage but anyone with a background in customer service will be considered.
Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is highly desirable.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £28,288.00 per year
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
