Highland Farms is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Quality Assurance team.
No previous experience in Quality Assurance is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We'll provide full training and support you on a structured development programme leading to recognised Quality Assurance and Food Safety qualifications.

About the Role
As a Trainee Quality Assurance Assistant, you'll help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and legal compliance.
Maintaining HACCP and food safety documentation.
Managing quality records and document control.
Supporting internal audits and compliance activities.
Ensuring production paperwork is completed accurately.
Assisting with customer and certification requirements.
Working closely with production teams to maintain food safety standards.
General QA administration and support.
What We're Looking For
Organised and reliable.
A good communicator.
Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Willing to learn and develop new skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage but is not essential.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
