We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-focused and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team. This is a key role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.

Clean to the highest standards maintaining strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Ensure housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times.

Support other team members when required to ensure all rooms are completed in time and to the standard required.

Report maintenance issues promptly.

Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not essential.

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

A genuine commitment to delivering excellent standards for positive guest experiences.
