Our Approach to Patient Care
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people.
We want every patient who walks through our doors to feel listened to, respected and valued. Whether you are providing preventive care, periodontal treatment, restorative treatment or supporting a patient's long-term oral health, we believe in taking the time to understand the individual behind the treatment.
We value clinicians who are confident in their skills but are also willing to ask questions, learn, collaborate and continually improve. We have a strong culture of supporting one another, and we believe that a great clinical team is one where everyone feels able to contribute.
Progression & Development
We are a progression-focused practice and genuinely want to invest in the people who join our team.
We are not simply looking for someone to fill a clinical position. We want our clinicians to grow with the practice, develop their skills and build a long-term career with us.
Whether your interests lie in developing your clinical scope, improving your confidence in particular areas of dentistry, undertaking further training or taking on additional responsibilities within the practice, we are keen to support your professional development.
Why Hermitage Dental Practice?
As an independent practice, we have the flexibility to create a working environment where patients and people come first.
We are ambitious about the future of the practice, but we are equally committed to maintaining a friendly and supportive culture. We want our team to enjoy coming to work, feel valued for their contribution and have the opportunity to develop.
If you are a caring, ambitious and patient-focused Dental Therapist who wants to work somewhere that values clinical excellence, professional development, advanced technology and genuine teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
Previous practice experience is preferred but not essential. What matters most to us is your attitude, professionalism, commitment to patient care and desire to develop.
