At Majesticare, a CHAP role is about combining skilled support with warmth, confidence and a genuine understanding of the person.
As a CHAP, you’ll work closely with our Care and Nursing teams to help people live with dignity, independence and choice. You’ll take time to understand what matters to each person, support their individual needs and help create the reassurance and confidence that allows life to continue in a way that feels familiar.

Your Role
Working alongside our Nursing and Care teams, you’ll provide skilled, person-led support while helping to maintain the high standards people and families should expect from Majesticare.
You’ll support the delivery of care in line with each person’s wishes, routines and life story, promoting dignity, choice and independence throughout the day.
You’ll work within the responsibilities and competencies of the CHAP role, supporting the nursing team and helping ensure important information is observed, recorded and communicated clearly.
You’ll also be a reassuring presence for the wider care team, sharing your knowledge, supporting colleagues and helping everyone work together to create a consistent Majesticare experience.
Most importantly, you’ll remember that behind every care plan is a person with a lifetime of stories, routines, relationships and things that still matter deeply to them.

You’ll have relevant care experience and the appropriate training and competencies required for the CHAP role. Ongoing support and development will help you continue building your knowledge and confidence as part of the Majesticare team.
