Electrician – Full Time / Freelance
Location: On the Road (mainly Birmingham and surrounding areas)
£17.00–£22.00 per hour – rate based on experience, competence and employment type
37.5 – 45 hours per week

The Role
You will work across a variety of projects with responsibilities including:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to current regulations
- Carrying out EICRs and ensuring systems are safe and compliant
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults effectively and safely
- Collaborating with other trades and clients on site
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable, qualified electrician who offers:
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical systems
- Experience in electrical inspection, testing, and certification
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (REQUIRED)
- Solid understanding of BS 7671 regulations
- An interest or experience in solar PV and smart home technologies
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

Requirements:
- Electrical experience: 5 years (preferred)
- Fully qualified electrician: level 3 & AM2 or equivalent REQUIRED
- 2391 or equivalent: REQUIRED
- 18th Edition wiring regulations: REQUIRED
- UK Driving Licence: REQUIRED
