We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead one of our award-winning branches. This is much more than a management role – we're looking for someone who can inspire a team, grow a local business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead the overall performance of your branch by:
- Inspiring, coaching and developing your team.
- Delivering sales, profit and customer service targets.
- Creating an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to post-travel.
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community.
- Driving local business development through networking, events, partnerships and marketing activity.
- Identifying new opportunities to grow your customer base and increase repeat business.
- Ensuring your branch operates efficiently and in line with company policies.
About you
You'll be a natural leader who enjoys developing people and growing a business.
You'll have:
- Previous retail management experience (travel industry experience is desirable but not essential).
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Confidence building relationships within your local community.
- A proactive approach, always looking for new opportunities to attract customers and grow your branch.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
