Job Summary
SpecifiClean Services LTD is a growing eco-friendly cleaning company based in Southampton. We are currently seeking reliable, punctual and passionate part-time cleaners to join our team.
You will deliver high-quality cleaning services across residential and Airbnb properties, using eco-friendly, pet-safe products provided by the company. Duties include general domestic cleaning to a high standard.
The role offers flexible working hours (approximately 2–15 hours per week initially), £13.00 per hour, and a mileage contribution for petrol when travelling between jobs. Applicants must have their own transport and an up-to-date DBS check (or be willing to apply before starting).
This is an employed position only. Self-employed or subcontractor applications will not be considered.
Please note: As a growing business, hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week depending on client bookings. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work with the opportunity to grow as the company expands.
Duties
- Carry out high-standard cleaning in residential properties , Airbnb and Wnd of Tenancy (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising, etc.)
- Use eco-friendly, pet/kid-safe cleaning products provided by the company
- Travel between client locations (own transport required – mileage contribution provided)
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time and to professional standards.
- Follow health & safety procedures and handle products responsibly
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Skills & Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (essential – residential )
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (lifting, bending, moving items if required)
- Must have own transport
- Up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to apply before starting)
- Passionate about cleanliness, professionalism, and great customer service
