This Position is for 12 Hours within the garden centre
Julian Charles are a family run business with over 75 years experience in soft furnishings, with over 100 shops and concessions throughout the UK
We are looking for a confident, energetic individual with customer service & retail experience to be part of our team
Must be 100% flexible to work days, evenings and weekends and to help cover holidays
Hours:
● 12 hours per week
● 2 days per week
● 6-hour shifts
● Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends when required
● Flexible to cover holidays and additional shifts when needed
About the role:As a Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers while helping to maintain our beautiful home furnishings department.
Key responsibilities:
● Deliver outstanding customer service
● Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement
● Replenish stock and maintain high merchandising standards
● Keep the department clean, tidy and well presented
● Process deliveries and support stock management
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has a positive, friendly attitude
● Enjoys working with customers
● Is reliable and able to work independently
● Takes pride in maintaining high retail standards
● Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
