We’re excited to be offering this opportunity for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our rapidly expanding team, working at the forefront of technology at our custom built site at Think Park.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck-in; someone who learns quickly; loves a challenge; who loves a job that’s never the same one day to the next. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities. You’ll be surrounded by some amazing people and working in one of the best cultures that you can find.
You’ll need to prove you have the relevant experience and demonstrate your confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, communication skills and your attention to detail in tasks undertaken.
What we are looking for;
- Someone who has worked closely and collaboratively with cross functional agile product teams (product, development, testing, commercial, compliance etc.) to ensure the final delivered product is loved by our customer.
- Has the ability to sketch out solutions to complex problems, storyboard user journeys, producing ideas and concepts, produce high fidelity wireframes and prototype and/or test visual designs, depending on the situation.
- Can carry out walkthroughs of final designs to the product teams and carry out regular design reviews with them to make sure the final product is pixel perfect and to the highest quality.
- Experience in working closely with the Senior Designer and will have regular design reviews and meetings to come up with creative solutions for different products.
- Experience in translating wireframes and prototypes into visual & interaction designs.
- Own creative/design and through this create new and innovative features that solve for business and customer needs.
What we need;
- Experienced in using Sketch (3+ years of experience).
- Experience with using the Adobe CC Suite (Especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Understanding and experience of working with pattern/component libraries contributing to a consistent design language.
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.
- Diligent in ensuring that you work is complete ahead of walkthroughs with product teams.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in responsive web design (including research, wireframing and prototyping).
Think you’re right for this UX Designer role? We’d love to hear from you!
