Overview:
We are seeking dedicated experienced Complex Support Workers to join our team, To support individuals with behaviors that challenge. We are seeking support workers that have experience with supporting Physically challenging service users and want to join us in making a difference to the people we support lives. You would be working with individuals that have Autism, Learning Disability, we are looking for individuals who are trained and experienced with supporting adults with a Learning Disability or Autism.
Physical de-escalation/restraint training preferred but not essential as full training will be given., due to complex challenging behaviors

Hours available - Full Time, Part Time,
Rate of Pay - Up to £14.00 per hour dependent on the individual you would be supporting.
Shift Times Allocated - 08:00-22:00 (Day Shift) and other various shifts to be confirmed at interview.
Monday to Sunday on a rotational pattern
Location: Wolverhampton/ Walsall
You will Need:
- Experience/Background with Learning Disability and Autism
- Experience with Physically Challenging Behavior's
- Resilience due to Physical Challenging Behavior's
- NVQ Preferred, but not essential
- Driving License preferred, but not essential
