RETROFIT DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Hybrid Working | Midlands or Crewe (Travel Expenses Covered)
£30,000 to £40,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced Retrofit Document Controller to support the
successful delivery of domestic retrofit projects. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with hands-on retrofit experience who enjoys
organisation, compliance and administration.
This is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with occasional travel to an
office in the Midlands or Crewe. All business travel expenses are covered.
THE ROLE
As a Retrofit Document Controller, you will manage project documentation and
ensure all retrofit records are accurate, compliant and submitted in line with
PAS requirements. You will work closely with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators
and project teams to maintain high-quality project records throughout the
retrofit process.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in retrofit who is looking
to move into, or further develop, a compliance and document management career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage retrofit project documentation from start to completion.
- Upload, organise and maintain documentation within PAS Hub.
- Ensure all documentation complies with PAS 2035 requirements.
- Review retrofit evidence for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and operational teams to obtain
outstanding information.
- Maintain accurate project records using Excel and internal systems.
- Support compliance audits and quality assurance processes.
- Produce reports and monitor project documentation progress.
- Ensure documentation is completed within required timescales.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous retrofit industry experience is essential.
- Experience using PAS Hub.
- Good understanding of PAS 2035 compliance and retrofit documentation.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Able to travel to the Midlands or Crewe office when required.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification.
- Retrofit Assessor qualification or previous experience working as a Retrofit
Assessor.
- Approximately two years' experience within the retrofit sector.
- Experience working within retrofit compliance or document control.
WORKING HOURS
- 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
- Hybrid working with the majority of time working from home.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
