We are looking for a motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Pharmacy Dispenser to join our busy NHS community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference to patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense NHS and private prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Assemble medicines and prepare prescriptions for final accuracy checking.
- Manage repeat prescriptions and assist with prescription ordering.
- Receive and manage pharmaceutical stock, including stock rotation and expiry date checks.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support pharmacy services including Pharmacy First, blood pressure checks, flu vaccinations, and other NHS services.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with housekeeping and ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organised, and professional.
- Promote confidentiality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services (or equivalent).
- Accredited Pharmacy Dispenser qualification.
- Experience using ProScript Connect or other PMR systems.
- Knowledge of NHS pharmacy services and repeat dispensing.
