We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Build Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating our installation teams, managing build schedules, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every project runs efficiently from start to finish.
Working closely with our installation teams and office staff, you'll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, supporting our fitters, and ensuring the office has the information needed to keep customers updated throughout their build.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the diaries of multiple installation teams.
- Coordinate projects to ensure installations are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Liaise closely with the office administrators, providing accurate and timely updates so customers can be kept informed throughout their project.
- Maintain regular communication with installation teams to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Monitor build quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
- Support installation teams by resolving scheduling or site issues quickly and efficiently.
- Carry out site visits where required to support teams, monitor quality and ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Oversee stock levels to ensure materials are available for upcoming projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and enjoys keeping multiple projects running smoothly.
You will have:
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations, construction or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage several projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with installation teams and office staff.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
