The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a stable and positive home environment where young people can feel safe, supported, and empowered.
You will:
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people
- Support daily routines, education, and activities
- Help young people navigate challenges using a calm and positive approach
- Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Ensure the home is a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
About You
We are looking for individuals who:

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role)
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce
