Job Title: Productions Assistant
Department: Production
Location: Angel N1, with possible relocation to North London
Employment Type: Full-Time office-based role
Yearly Salary: Starting salary from £32.5k according to experience / end of year bonus
Additional: Paid overtime available | Scope for development
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Assistant to act as the first point of contact for new event enquiries received by email and by phone. The role ensures that enquiries are dealt with immediately and either progressed or passed onto the appropriate Project Manager. It also includes onboarding first-time clients, preparing first draft quotations, following up proposals, and keeping internal systems up to date. The Production Assistant will also manage some smaller productions through our proposal process and in time will build up their own client portfolio.
This is a desk-based role and does not require direct on-site delivery; it does however require strong production awareness, commercial acumen and honed communication skills. The role requires a positive, practical approach to AI and emerging technology, with an expectation that these tools will be used responsibly to support efficient working practices.
