Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to ensure timely delivery of dishes while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage guest inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and upsell items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage basic math calculations for bills and change
- Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, organizing supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow during busy periods
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a strong focus on guest services
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation and basic culinary techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, inventory, and ordering purposes
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates versatility in supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and upselling opportunities

Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
