Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Groundworkers to join our expanding team.
We are interested in hearing from:
- Established Groundworking Gangs
- Foremen
- Leading Hands
- Skilled Groundworkers
We carry out a wide range of residential and commercial groundworks, including:
- Foundations
- Drainage
- Roads and sewers
- Kerbing and edgings
- Paving and external works
- Concrete works
- Finishing works
- Plot works and service installations
What we're looking for:
Applicants must:
- Have relevant groundworks experience.
- Hold a valid CSCS card (appropriate to their role).
- Hold all relevant plant and competency certifications where applicable (e.g. CPCS/NPORS).
- Be able to work safely and to a high standard.
- Be reliable, punctual and take pride in their work.
- Have a full UK driving licence (preferred).
Foremen and Leading Hands should have experience supervising teams, organising work on site, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
