Hours
The role of Class 1 Driver:
- Ensuring products reach Tesco stores on time and in good condition
- Accurate time keeping, following the Working Time Directive independently to guarantee no infringements
- Mapped-out routes from Tesco Thurrock Depot — easy, clean, straightforward cages, no handballing
- Representing ctrg and Tesco while liaising with colleagues and customers
- Adhering to all training and processes
The ideal Class 1 Driver:
- Valid LGV C+E / HGV Class 1 UK licence with no more than 6 points
- UK digital tachograph card and full DQC (CPC card)
- DVLA licence check code required to proceed to assessment
- Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 experience essential
