Based in our modern Liverpool City Centre office, you'll gain practical experience through face-to-face customer engagement at exciting promotional events while receiving ongoing coaching, mentoring and management training from industry professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including:
- Representing nationally recognised brands at promotional events and campaigns
- Building strong relationships with customers through engaging face-to-face interactions
- Learning professional sales, communication and customer acquisition techniques
- Supporting experienced managers with campaign planning and daily operations
- Developing leadership, coaching and team management skills
- Monitoring campaign performance and learning how to analyse results
- Assisting with mentoring and motivating new team members
- Taking part in structured management training and personal development workshops
- Working towards increased responsibility as you progress through the programme
