Multi-Trade Operative Required
Bartram Building Services Ltd
We are looking for experienced multi-trade operatives to join our team on ongoing social housing and refurbishment works.
This is not suited to basic handymen
We need operatives who can handle full installations, solve problems on site, and work independently to a high standard.
Scope of Works:
- Kitchen & bathroom installations
- Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Flooring (vinyl, laminate, etc.)
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering / patch repairs
- UPVC windows & doors
- Fascia, soffits & guttering
Requirements:
- Proven multi-trade experience (not just basic maintenance)
- Confident completing jobs from start to finish
- Able to overcome issues and make decisions on site
- Own van & tools
- Professional in tenanted properties
- Reliable and organised
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm (onsite)
Pay:
- £200 – £220 per day (based on experience, efficiency and quality)
Location:
- Work across East London (Covering Hackney, Ilford and surrounding areas including Stratford, Leyton, Walthamstow, Barking, Romford and the wider East London / West Essex region)
