We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong marketing all-rounder who enjoys working across campaigns, events, digital content, social media, and brand development in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously, while helping to elevate brand presence and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create and coordinate engaging digital content and marketing assets
- Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and exhibitions
- Support website UX and CRO (HubSpot)
- Own and manage social media activity across key platforms
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
- Support the marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support company objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communications
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing executive role
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot essential
- Experience supporting the management of digital and in person events and exhibitions
- Experience of SEO and LLM development
- Understanding of social media marketing and lead management digital campaigns
- Experience creating marketing and media assets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable
Experience within property, tech or compliance sectors.
