The Role
You will be the "go-to" person for ensuring our sites are maintained to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will involve:
- General Repairs: Tackling a variety of maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, floors.
- Site Upkeep: Managing gardening and general building maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Safety & Compliance: Conducting routine safety checks and ensuring all health & safety standards are strictly met.
- Project Management: Logging jobs, prioritising urgent tasks, and providing clear updates to the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be a practical problem-solver who takes pride in their work. You must be flexible and able to travel to sites to carry out work as needed. You should demonstrate:
- Solid Experience: A proven track record in a maintenance or trade-based role (Multi-trade experience is a plus).
- Technical Confidence: Comfort handling basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Initiative: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and recognize when a specialist contractor is required.
- The "Crestmark" Demeanour: A calm, friendly, and professional manner—vital when working in busy childcare settings.
- Requirements: A full, clean driving licence is highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary, tailored to your experience and trade expertise.
