We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Assistant to join the front of house team at Silchester Farm, a beautiful countryside venue hosting weddings and events for up to 140 guests.
This role is offered on a flexible contract, with shifts scheduled around events, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with food and drink service during events
- Supporting bar, waiting, and front of house operations
- Setting up and clearing down event spaces
- Delivering excellent customer service to guests
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth event delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience
- Positive, professional, and approachable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Due to the rural location, a driving licence is required
