The Role
As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be the backbone of our support team. Working within the Service Desk team, you will manage administrative workflows, update critical systems, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service. This is a great opportunity for a methodical administrator with a passion for customer care to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate customer contract status and log support requests accurately in our management systems.
- Proactively monitor outstanding jobs, updating records via third-party repair portals and data reports.
- Maintain client-specific management systems daily and generate accurate reports to meet customer and internal KPIs.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Technical Support, Logistics, Workshop) and external suppliers to track progress.
- Route customer queries to the right experts and ensure every issue gets a timely response.
What We Are Looking For
- A proven track record in administration or customer service with an exacting eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (building and updating spreadsheets) and familiarity with modern digital portals or databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to handle tricky customer inquiries positively and professionally.
- A collaborative mindset, someone who steps up to support the team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
