About the role
Our organisation requires a Junior Italian speaking Project Manager to assist our fast-growing team in the management of ongoing projects, helping to ensure that every project is run efficiently and profitably whilst assisting the operating team and the manager on the day to day tasks.
The Junior Project Manager will be working closely with the Project and Operation Managers, and the Director, assisting with the planning, organization, and management of the day to day operations, supporting with the implementation and management of projects, getting involved with smaller projects and being a strong point of contact between the subcontractors/suppliers and the clients.
For the nature of our business and Client portfolio, the knowledge of the Italian language is essential, as it is a good level of written and spoken English.
There will be occasional need for some night shifts and week ends overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with all project parties
- Excellent attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of appropriate software
- Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a team
Previous experience in the construction industry will be considered a plus.
