Manchester – New Islington / Stockport
Part-Time (12 hours per week)
We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on and personable to support viewings and general property work across our Manchester portfolio.
The role is split between residential viewings (primarily at a development in New Islington) and assisting with commercial property and surveying-related work.
This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who wants proper exposure to the industry.
The Role
- Conducting property viewings (mainly New Islington, some in Stockport)
- Speaking with applicants and understanding what they’re looking for
- Providing feedback after viewings and helping move deals forward
- Assisting with inspections of commercial units and mixed-use buildings
- Supporting with marketing, listings, and basic reporting
- General day-to-day support across the business
Hours
- 2 weekdays (4-hour blocks)
- Saturdays (4-hour block)
Some flexibility will be required around viewing schedules, however we’re happy to accommodate university or other personal commitments.

- Reliable and able to work independently
- Genuine interest in property
- Organised and proactive
Useful but Not Essential
- Previous experience in estate agency or property
- Interest in commercial property or surveying
- Driving licence
