The Role:
- Taking full operational responsibility for a busy, warehousing and logistics operation based at the port
- Driving operational performance, efficiency and service delivery across all areas of the site
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance
- Monitoring the team using data and insights, taking action where needed to maintain targets
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
The ideal candidate:
- Strong Logistics background, ideally with experience in FMCG or similar environments
- People Management experience at senior level
- Evidence of establishing and maintaining business relationships in a customer led environment
- Track record of delivering team KPI’s in a health and safety led environment

Pay: £45,000.00-£77,500.00 per year
