One Stop Physiotherapy is a growing private musculoskeletal clinic in Warrington, committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy in a friendly and professional environment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Physiotherapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an expanding clinic, with genuine potential to build your caseload into a full-time position.
The Role
You will assess, diagnose and treat a varied musculoskeletal caseload within our private clinic. Initially, you will work Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, with opportunities to increase sessions as patient demand grows.
As the sole clinician during your shifts, you must be confident working independently and delivering high-quality care while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.
- Provide manual therapy and exercise prescription where clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term self-management.
- Maintain accurate, professional and timely clinical records.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Contribute positively to the continued growth and reputation of One Stop Physiotherapy.
Essential Requirements
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Current membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Minimum of one year's post-graduate clinical experience.
- Experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Confident working independently as a lone practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable and patient-focused.
Desirable
- Previous experience in private practice.
- Experience managing sports injuries and exercise rehabilitation.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a developing clinic.
