Bridgfords Estate Agents in Wakefield is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Valuer to join our successful and growing team.

The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our residential sales business. You will be responsible for conducting market appraisals, winning new instructions, building relationships with potential vendors, and supporting the wider sales team to achieve branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
- Win instructions and successfully list properties for sale.
- Generate and follow up valuation opportunities.
- Proactively chase and convert leads into business.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and prospective vendors.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Wakefield branch.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in estate agency sales and valuations is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven and proactive approach.
- Ability to build rapport and win new business.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
