We are looking for someone friendly and energetic to join our Customer Service Team as part of our growing business in the agricultural sector. This is an opportunity for someone seeking a comprehensive Customer Service role. You will be required to support the current Customer Service team in all tasks such as:
- Taking orders by telephone, web and email
- Processing orders onto our operating system (Data Entry)
- Supporting sales campaigns
- Answering customer queries
- Advising on government legislation
- Logging customer returns
- Processing of customer payments
- Attending to visitors
We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, accurate and flexible. You should also have good communication skills, the ability to prioritise and be able to work to deadlines. You must be able to work well in a team but also have the ability and motivation to work autonomously. The successful candidate will be given full training on our internal systems.
Knowledge of the UK livestock and farming industries would be an advantage.
This is an office based role. Remote working may be considered depending on experience and location.
The hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Candidates must be prepared to work overtime if/and when required.
Job Type: 37.5hrs
Closing date 30th September 2026 although interviews may be held earlier.
Experience required
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role
- Knowledge of livestock sector advantageous
