Collection & Delivery Driver (Recycling)
Ashton-under-Lyne | £16 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Bushtec Limited is looking for a reliable and motivated Collection & Delivery Driver to join our team. We specialise in recycling cardboard, paper, plastics, and other materials, providing a trusted and dependable service to customers across the region.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll play an important part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll follow a planned daily route, carry out collections and deliveries efficiently, and represent our business with professionalism at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out scheduled collections and deliveries across the North West
- Following a planned daily route provided by the team
- Loading and unloading the vehicle, including using a forklift truck (we can provide in house training)
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- A valid C1 driving licence or above (essential)
- A dependable and hardworking attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- A positive, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- A team player with a professional manner
