Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Artworker to support the delivery of a strategic firm-wide transformation programme and associated assets.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations, with day-to-day operational oversight from the Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Brand & Design team to ensure the firm’s brand is applied consistently, accurately and efficiently across multiple channels and touchpoints.
This role requires an exceptional eye for detail and strong production skills, with the ability to take brand guidelines and apply them consistently across high volumes of work. You will be responsible for producing and adapting artwork, creating brand assets, supporting template production, preparing imagery and ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Key activities/responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the firm's visual identity across all communications channels.
- Producing and adapting high volumes of digital assets and key print assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Creating branded marketing collateral, brochures, social media graphics, e-marketing assets, infographics, templates and presentation materials.
- Strong understanding of layout and typography with an ability to bring creative input to your artwork.
- Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the application of visual identity across all deliverables.
- Creating and delivering production-ready artwork for predominantly digital channels, with support for print collateral where required.
- Supporting the rollout and population of the firm's Frontify brand management platform.
- Assisting with the organisation, tagging and migration of brand assets and imagery.
- Conducting bulk image editing, optimisation and branding of photography assets for use across the firm's digital platforms and image libraries.
- Supporting the creation and testing of branded templates and reusable design assets.
- Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to implement creative direction and maintain quality standards.
- Supporting the development of assets and materials for internal and external audiences.
- Maintaining quality and consistency in brand imagery, photography and visual assets.
- Contributing artworking knowledge for improving workflow efficiency through emerging design tools, automation and new technologies.
Skills and experience – essential
- Significant experience as a Senior Artworker, Production Designer or equivalent role.
- Strong experience working within established corporate brand guidelines and brand systems.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale brand implementation projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills including:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including template implementation and presentation production.
- Strong understanding of digital asset creation and print production
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork for multiple channels and formats.
- Experience managing large volumes of design assets while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work across multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established creative direction.
- Diplomatic, calm under pressure and possessing a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Skills and experience – desired
- Experience setting up, administering or populating Frontify brand management platforms.
- Experience supporting brand asset migration and digital asset management initiatives.
- Advanced bulk photo editing, retouching and image optimisation experience.
- Knowledge of the latest design technologies, AI-assisted creative tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Experience working on professional services, legal, financial services or other corporate brands.
- Experience creating branded templates and reusable design systems.
- Experience of video editing and motion graphics production.
