Spa Therapist & Attendant
Pay: £11.60 – £13.71/hr
Hours: Full-time (5 days/week, including weekends)
Location: The Mill Wheel Spa at The Three Horseshoes, Staffordshire
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Sales Skills: Confident in recommending and upselling products/treatments.
- Personality: Friendly, passionate about wellness, and highly customer-focused.
- Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet in a physically demanding role.
The Role
Join a highly successful, 40-year-old family-run business. Our spa partners with German wellness experts, Haslauer, to offer genuine wellbeing experiences. You will split your time between providing treatments and ensuring a seamless guest journey.
Key Duties:
- Treatments: Deliver Phytomer, Kurland, massage, waxing, and nail therapies.
- Guest Care: Manage check-ins/outs, serve refreshments, and maintain immaculate spa hygiene.

Experience:
- spa therapist or beautician: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent (required)
