In this role, you’ll support the administration of Accident & Health insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing of new business, renewals and policy updates while delivering a responsive service to customers and brokers.
- Processing new and renewal insurance policies, including mid-term adjustments and client updates
- Preparing and issuing policy documentation in line with required standards
- Responding to customer and broker queries via email, telephone and online platforms
- Maintaining accurate records and gathering relevant information to support policy changes
- Managing follow-ups and diary actions to meet deadlines
- Ensuring all activities align with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in insurance administration or a customer-focused role
- Understanding of private medical, travel or Accident & Health insurance products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using systems and handling data
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work well in a team
