Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team. A primary responsibility will be supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 application, including handling day-to-day user queries, providing training, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our IT solutions meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support
· Respond to and resolve user support queries related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a timely manner
· Troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Dynamics 365 application to identify root causes and implement solutions.
· Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
· Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation for Dynamics 365 processes
· Support project delivery, upgrades and system enhancements
Assist with data queries including upload and download requests
Business Analysis
Analyse and document current business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for IT solutions.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Assist in the testing and implementation of new IT systems and solutions
Data & Reporting
Gather and analyse data to support business decisions and measure the effectiveness of IT solutions
Required Skills/Experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experienced in ERP systems
· Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA for automation, and Power Query for data transformation
Experience in writing documentation (SOPs) and delivering user training
Nice to have
Knowledge of the wine industry is a bonus
