About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can contribute to the development of modern web applications and digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to turn business requirements into clean, maintainable, and user focused software.
This is a hands on mid level position for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving existing systems, and contributing to products from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
Build, test, and maintain reliable software applications based on business and technical requirements.
Feature Development:
Work with product and design teams to turn requirements and prototypes into functional digital products.
Code Quality:
Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code while following established development standards.
Testing and Debugging:
Identify technical issues, troubleshoot application problems, and implement effective solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Work with developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest improvements to existing applications, development processes, and technical solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
2 to 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably working with web applications or business software.
Technical Skills:
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue. Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git, and software development practices is desirable.
Problem Solving:
You are comfortable breaking down technical problems and developing practical solutions that meet business requirements.
Communication:
You can explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with both technical and non technical colleagues.
Mindset:
You are proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of your work while collaborating with the wider team.
Pay: £48,543.00-£65,116.00 per year
