We have an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled joiner to work within our established Leeds based Facilities Maintenance Company. We require a motivated, hardworking, and efficient individual to join our team. We need someone who can provide high quality workmanship and who has excellent customer service in order to help us meet our growth goals. You will need to think on your feet in order to manage a busy and varied workload, have excellent communication skills as you liaise with customers every day. Generally no day is the same, one day you could be completing multiple varied reactive works, other days might involve larger renovation projects. Desired skills:
Joinery
Basic plumbing
Plastering
If you have any experience in building and groundworks this would also be beneficial as the workload can be extremely varied. Required experience:
Building: 5 years
Driving license essential.
