Emerald Interiors is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Operative to join our commercial fit-out team.
We are seeking someone with commercial fit-out experience who takes pride in their work, has a good attitude, and is looking for ongoing opportunities rather than just a short-term job.
Duties will include:
- Commercial strip-out works
- Metal stud and plasterboard partitions
- Basic dry lining
- Decorating and making good
- Carpet tile installation and replacement
- Basic carpentry and finishing works
- General commercial fit-out duties
- Assisting the site team to deliver projects to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous commercial fit-out experience is essential
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Own basic hand tools
- CSCS Card preferred
- Driving licence beneficial, but not essential
What We Offer
- £190–£210 per day (depending on experience)
- Self-employed/CIS payment
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
