Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on new build housing projects. This is a long term role at a site in Derby so we are looking for someone who wants a stable position.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, laying kerbs, paving, and concreting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
- Read and work from site plans and drawings where required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
- CPCS/NPORS roller and dumper tickets.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ground Worker.
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: £145.00-£190.00 per day
