The Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. You will work closely with an Assistant Property Manager, landlords, tenants and contractors, managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
- Arrange Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Ensure all property licensing and compliance requirements are met.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding maintenance issues and repairs.
- Obtain landlord authorisation and instruct contractors where appropriate.
- Coordinate repairs and monitor works through to completion.
- Carry out property inspections and arrange follow-up maintenance where required.
- Manage rent arrears, tenancy notices and tenancy-related administration.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors through regular communication.
- Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support the wider team with additional property management duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential property management.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, confident and proactive approach.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM software.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
