Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Organise daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance
- Assist with merchandising activities to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels, organise replenishments, and oversee inventory control
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a positive team environment
- Maintain effective communication with management regarding team progress, issues, and customer feedback
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all store activities
- Support sales initiatives by motivating the team to meet targets and improve sales performance
Requirements
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities being advantageous
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative duties
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous experience in retail management or sales management is highly desirable
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexibly on a part-time basis according to business needs
