Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant and Pub Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food and beverage service. Duties
- Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing training in food safety, food production, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate seamless food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and maximise sales.
Requirements .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in food safety standards and food production processes.
- Background in hospitality roles such as serving or barista experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
