Curtis Toyota Ballymena is a family-run dealership with over 40 years of history serving customers across Northern Ireland. We're not a corporate chain, we're a close-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly. Our showroom is modern and fully refurbished, our customer base is loyal, and our product (Toyota) pretty much sells itself when you do the right job.

THE MONEY
Basic salary + uncapped commission.
Realistic OTE for a motivated performer: £40,000+
We have consistent enquiry flow, both inbound leads and existing customers. You won't be cold calling. You'll be converting real opportunities with real people.
WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
8:45am - You arrive, grab a coffee, check your pipeline. You've got three follow-up calls to make before the floor gets busy - a couple who came in on Saturday for a test drive, and a customer whose finance approval just came through.
9:30am - A walk-in comes through the door. You spend 30 minutes understanding what they actually need, not just what they asked for. You end up recommending a different model - and they thank you for it.
11:00am - You're on the phone working through last week's enquiries. You've got a system. You don't miss follow-ups. Your CRM is your best tool.
1:00pm - Lunch break. The team has a quick catch-up - no micromanagement, just checking in.
2:00pm - A customer comes back to handover their new Yaris Cross. You've built a relationship over four weeks. They leave happy. You log the deal.
4:30pm - You review tomorrow's diary, update your pipeline, and head home on time. Saturday finishes at 12:30pm.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of car sales experience (motor trade essential)
Full UK driving licence
Confident communicator - with customers AND on the phone
Someone who follows up. Every time. Without being chased.
Self-motivated - you track your own numbers and you care about them
YOUR HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm (late night)
Saturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm
No full weekends. No Sunday working.
