About the Role
We are recruiting a professional and experienced Aesthetician / Laser Therapist to join our aesthetic clinic. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering advanced face and body treatments, maintaining high clinical standards, and managing client bookings through the Fresha system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Laser Hair Reduction treatments safely and effectively.
- Deliver Hydrafacial treatments including lymphatic drainage, exfoliation, extraction, and booster protocols.
- Carry out HIFU Face & Body procedures for lifting, tightening, and contouring.
- Provide Body Contouring treatments (fat reduction, cavitation, radiofrequency, inch loss).
- Complete thorough consultations, assess suitability, and create personalised treatment plans.
- Provide clear aftercare advice and maintain accurate treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and compliant with clinic hygiene standards.
- Manage and update the Fresha booking system, including:
- Adding and amending appointments
- Checking out clients
- Updating staff availability
- Managing client profiles and treatment history
- Handling rebookings, cancellations, and payment processing
- Support daily clinic operations and uphold exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Laser Hair Reduction.
- Experience delivering Hydrafacial, HIFU, and Body Contouring treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin types, contraindications, and treatment safety.
- Confident communication and client‑care skills.
- Ability to follow protocols and deliver consistent results.
- Professional, reliable, and well‑presented.
- Ability to confidently use and manage the Fresha booking system.
Desirable (not essential)
- Level 3 or Level 4 Beauty / Laser qualification.
- Sales experience or ability to recommend treatment plans.
