We are seeking a motivated CSCS Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards on construction sites and commercial premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for workers and visitors alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Maintain hygiene standards in designated areas such as toilets, break rooms, and common spaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of site facilities as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card or equivalent certification is required
- Prior experience with janitorial tasks on construction sites is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards at all times
