Level 3 Qualified – Room Leader
An All-Year-Around role, working 40hrs per week

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Room Leader to join our team and take the lead in our Pre-School Room while covering a colleague's sickness absence.
The right person will contribute their ideas, imagination and creativity to the daily routine of the setting. If you think this is you and you have a passion for providing children with the confidence to grow and thrive, we would love for you to get in touch.
What you will need to bring with you:
– A recognised Level 3 or above qualification within Early Years
– A professional positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)
– Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude
– A commitment to a child centred approach, where children are at the heart of everything you do.
– High energy brought to every task you take on, and a solution driven approach to problems

Experience:
Childcare: 2 year (preferred)
Pay: £14.30 per hour
