About the Role
Hate My Phone Ltd is looking for a confident, energetic and engaging Live Shopping Host to join our team.
You'll be the face and voice of our live selling sessions, presenting phones, tablets and technology products to an online audience and turning live viewers into customers.
This role is all about being comfortable on camera, entertaining an audience and confidently presenting products.
You don't need to be a professional presenter. Personality, confidence and the ability to communicate naturally are more important.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting live shopping sessions
- Presenting phones, tablets and other technology products
- Demonstrating products to viewers
- Explaining product features, condition and specifications
- Answering questions from viewers during live sessions
- Keeping conversations flowing and maintaining audience engagement
- Responding naturally to comments and questions
- Creating excitement around products and offers
- Helping customers understand which products are right for them
- Keeping energy levels high throughout live sessions
- Working with the team before and during broadcasts to prepare products
- Following the running order and information provided for each live session

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous live-selling, presenting, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Twitch, YouTube or similar experience is an advantage, but it is not essential.
We're particularly interested in people who already enjoy creating or appearing in online content and are naturally comfortable in front of a camera.
Working Hours
Live selling takes place around customer demand, so flexibility is important.
This is a zero-hours position with:
- Part-time hours available
- Full-time hours available
- Regular live sessions for the right person
- Evening and occasional weekend opportunities
- Additional hours during busy periods
Live sessions may take place during the day or evening, with some sessions starting from around 5:00pm onwards.
