Your Development Journey
Over two years, you'll gain valuable experience across multiple areas of the business, building your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing operations.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support projects focused on reliability, efficiency, quality and safety.
As part of the programme, you'll lead and present your own Graduate Impact Project to Finlay's Senior Leadership Team.
Training & Development
You'll have access to a structured development pathway, including:
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Root Cause Analysis & 5 Whys
- TPM Fundamentals
- A3 Problem Solving
- Leadership & Management Development
- Contractor Management
- CAD and PLC training (discipline dependent)
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified (or due to graduate) in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical or related Engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
Industrial placements, internships or manufacturing experience are beneficial but not essential.
