Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopify Development Manager to lead our e-commerce platform initiatives and drive innovative online shopping experiences. In this role, you will oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of Shopify stores, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Duties
- Create and maintain Shopify product listings.
- Develop and modify Shopify theme functionality using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Create new website features and improve existing functionality.
- Manage Shopify apps and integrations.
- Maintain overall Shopify store functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Support customer experience improvements across the website.
- Manage and improve the Tidio chatbot.
- Optimise chatbot conversations and customer support flows.
- Manage Despatch Cloud Warehouse Management System.
- Support SWAP UPS international shipping configuration when required
- Maintain and improve Cloud Cut.
- Fix bugs and implement new Cloud Cut features.
- Provide technical support for production with Cloud Cut.
Skills
- Custom Software Development
- Experience in Cloudcut, Vercel, PostgreSQL and GitHub.
- Experience in Shopify develepmont, modification and improvement
